Author Submission Guidelines

Abstract Requirements: Maximum 300 words clearly summarizing problem statement, methodology, key findings, and practical application to multimodal transport safety. Include 4–6 keywords.
Full Paper Specifications: 3,000 to 5,000 words (including tables, figures, references, and appendices). Must follow APA 7th edition referencing style.
Language & Originality: Submissions must be entirely in English. Manuscripts must represent original, unpublished contributions and not be currently submitted to any other journal or conference.
Peer Review & Publication: All submitted papers will undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by the Technical Review Committee. Accepted papers will be published in the indexed Conference Proceedings.
Best Paper Awards: Exceptional papers will be nominated for the prestigious NISafetyE Outstanding Research Awards presented at the 1st Edition Safety Engineering Awards Gala on Day 3.

Critical Deadlines

Abstract Submission: 31st August, 2026
Acceptance Notification: 15th September, 2026
Full Paper Submission: 30th September, 2026
Author Registration: 3rd October, 2026
Conference Dates: October 8 – 10, 2026
Note: At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference to be included in the presentation schedule and published proceedings.
